Built by a food manufacturer. For food manufacturers.
In 2022, my sister and I bought a local popcorn business that was about to close. The previous owner had run it for nearly 20 years out of a hand-written date book. When we took over, that book disappeared — and our first month was chaos.
I had almost 20 years of experience in web development, systems, and marketing automation. But food manufacturing was entirely new to me. What I did know was that without systems, no business can grow. So we built them.
We created processes for inventory, production, customer management, and follow-up. We tracked our margins by product — and discovered we were shipping to some stores at less than 4% profit margin while thinking every order was a win. We built automated follow-up sequences for our grocery store accounts, which directly contributed to doubling our revenue in year two.
Caska is what we wish we'd had from day one. Not a generic ERP tool built for industrial manufacturers. Not a spreadsheet. A platform designed for the specific way food businesses work — built by someone who owns one.

What we believe about
running a food business
Systems create freedom
When your operations have structure, you stop reacting and start leading. The right system turns daily chaos into a business that runs without you fighting it every day.
Built for your industry specifically
Generic ERP and inventory tools were designed for industrial manufacturers, not food businesses. The difference matters — in how inventory is measured, how customers work, and how production actually runs.
Margins matter more than revenue
Revenue growth means nothing if your margins are eroding. Understanding your real cost per product is the foundation of a business that's actually profitable.
Simple is a feature
Software that's hard to use doesn't get used. Caska is designed to be picked up quickly, with no technical background required.
Automation should do the heavy lifting
Follow-ups, reports, re-engagement — these don't need to live in your head or on your to-do list. The right automation keeps your business moving without draining your energy.
Data that connects to decisions
Information is only useful if it tells you something actionable. Every metric in Caska connects directly to something you can do about it.
The people behind Caska
We're a small team with deep roots in both food manufacturing and technology. We built this for ourselves first — and now we're building it for you.
