What counts as a "customer"?

A customer is any account you manage in Caska — a retail location, wholesale buyer, or distributor.

Do I need technical experience to set up Caska?

Not at all. Caska is built for food business owners, not developers. Most people are up and running within a few hours, and we have guides to walk you through every step.

What's the API access for?

API access lets you connect Caska to other tools — accounting software, e-commerce platforms, or custom integrations. Available on Growing and Scaling plans.

Is my data safe?
